Some great ones are color by number pages, color by letter pages, draw by letters and numbers, printable bible quizzes, printable color shapes, and tons of more stuff that the internet now provides for moms who stay at home with their kids. Granted, your toddler is still going to need to be motivated physically. They may beg to go out in the snow, but with how cold it's getting, and especially if you have other babies, it may be hard for you to do.
A child is not always the easiest person to manage and it is far more challenging to manage their anger. For this, one needs to have lots of imagination. A child is simply not meant to deal with extreme feelings of anger. They just do not know how to exhibit their feelings of anger and they do it by showing through actions like throwing tantrums. Children not knowing what is causing them to be angry just refuse to share their anger emotions. That's why it is important to look for good programs and resources which would be beneficial when it comes to treating a child who has anger problems.
I remember that with my Mom everything was somehow connected to math. She made me count the buttons in my shirt as she dressed me up, asked questions that demanded answers that are related to sums, like how many pair of shoes do you have? How many buttons are there on your Daddy's shirt? Count all the furniture in the living room and several math games.
Math in everyday life - Ever tried to make your kid pay at the local grocery store or count the items in the tray at the fast food restaurant before you start eating? Simple tasks like these not only make the kids interested in math but demonstrate the practical use of the skill. Math games and puzzles - The basic idea is to inculcate interest in the subject and there are hundreds of sites offering millions of such games and puzzles that the kids can play and learn from.
In my opinion it is so much better to make your own curriculum. That way, it won't be so hard to make last minute changes that suit the needs of your child. If you discover a method that works better for you and your child, you can easily add it.
